Delete Your Data
Last updated: 16 June 2026
You can delete your Numpal account and all the data associated with it at any time. Numpal is operated by Mulder Digital Ltd (company number 11763023), registered in England and Wales. This page explains how to delete your data and what is removed.
Delete in the app
The quickest way is to delete your account directly in the app:
- Open Numpal and go to Profile Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted. Your account and associated data are deleted straight away.
Delete by email
If you can no longer open the app โ for example, you have changed devices or uninstalled Numpal โ email us at contact@mulderdigital.com and ask us to delete your data. To help us find your account, please send your request from a related email address if you have one, and include your username and country flag. We aim to respond within one month.
A parent or guardian who wants their child's information removed can contact us the same way, and we will delete it promptly.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we delete your profile (username and country flag), your scores, levels completed, badges, streaks, and similar progress information, and your notification token. You drop off the leaderboards on the next update.
Aggregated or anonymised statistics that no longer identify you may be retained, and we may keep limited records where we are required to by law.
