Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 June 2026

These terms govern your use of Numpal, a number puzzle game operated by Mulder Digital Ltd (company number 11763023), registered in England and Wales. By downloading or using Numpal, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

Numpal is suitable for players of all ages. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, you should review these terms with, and have the permission of, a parent or guardian before using the app.

Your account

Numpal creates an anonymous account for you automatically. You choose a username and country flag, which appear publicly on leaderboards. You are responsible for the content of the username you choose.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • choose a username that is offensive, impersonates others, or infringes anyone's rights;
  • cheat, tamper with scores, or otherwise manipulate the leaderboards;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the app's services other than through the app itself;
  • use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that disrupts the service for others.

Leaderboards and user content

Usernames and country flags are displayed publicly alongside scores. We use automated filtering to screen usernames, and we may remove or change any username, or remove any account, that breaches these terms. By choosing a username you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it within the app and its leaderboards.

Purchases

Numpal is free to play with ads. You may purchase an upgrade that removes ads and provides unlimited hints. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google as merchant of record and are subject to their terms. The upgrade is a one-time, non-transferable purchase tied to your store account, and applies to the platform on which it was bought. You can restore a previous purchase using the "Restore Purchases" option in the app.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies. We are not able to process refunds directly. Please refer to the Apple or Google Play refund policies.

Advertising

Where ads are shown, they are provided by Google AdMob. Your advertising choices are described in our Privacy Policy.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms.

Disclaimers

Numpal is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mulder Digital Ltd will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms from time to time. When we change these terms we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
